I AM Zine

I AM: Digital Zine for the Anti-Racism Fund.

Kassidy served as a Co-Developer.

• Co-developed the inaugural issue of a fully-responsive digital zine that highlights the artwork/narratives of Black creators and directs donations to the Anti-Racism fund via Stripe integration.
• Collaborated with designers from Pentagram to maintain I AM’s brand identity throughout desktop and mobile experiences.
• Designed and developed animations, interactions, and mobile screens that would enhance the reader’s experience and encourage donations.
• Bridged the gap between static InDesign files and the final digital zine by adding animations, interactions, and mobile layouts from scratch.

Project Description

I AM is a millennial Black woman-owned zine that provides a space for celebration, healing, and education through art in the movement for Black lives. The zine also serves as an accessible tool for those striving to be allies to use to educate themselves on anti-racist topics.
